Okay this is REALLY simple. You just state any fact about the person that posted before you when you reply.

So like. . .
Usagi posts: The person above me (You can just write their username) is a female.
Rina posts: Usagi is obsessed with Sailor Moon
etc. etc.

You can't repeat facts you've already said though.

Since there's no person above me, I'll just say something about myself. Usagi has blond hair. (I do in real life lol)
